INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free shipping for orders over 100€.
We do offer international shipping. You can choose between standard (without tracking) and tracked shipment. Shipping prices for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Items will be shipped within 2-6 business days after payment.
IMPORTANT: import duties are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the buyer (if required by the county).

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days after receiving the items.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging.
I reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Custom order pieces are non-refundable.
